Now live for in-person events

One printed sheet.
Everyone’s checked in.

01

Upload your list

Drop in a CSV with emails and names. Messy exports are fine — Excel BOMs, odd header labels, and duplicate rows are all handled on the way in.

02

Print the sheet

One page, one QR code, one link. Tape it to the door, prop it on the welcome table, or throw it up on a screen.

03

Watch the door

Names appear as they arrive, with timestamps. Open the roster on your phone to see who's still missing.

Questions

The things organizers ask first.

Do attendees need to install anything?

No. They point their phone camera at the sheet, tap the link, and pick their name. No app, no account, no password. If they'd rather not tap at all, you can check them in from your own phone in the roster.

What if the venue Wi-Fi drops?

Attendee scans go straight to the web, so most guests will be on cellular and never notice. And the roster works from any organizer's phone — if someone can't connect at all, check them in yourself with one tap.

Can someone check in twice, or check in as someone else?

Repeat scans only count once — a guest who is already checked in stays checked in, with the original timestamp. The roster shows exactly who's marked present, and you can undo any row with a tap if something looks off.

What does my spreadsheet need to look like?

An email column is the only requirement — it's how each guest is matched to one roster row. Add a name column so the door list reads like a guest list. Header rows are optional, Outlook-style headers work, and duplicate rows are dropped automatically.

Who can see the attendee list?

Only you. Attendees see their own name and confirmation screen, nothing else — never the rest of the list.

Your next event starts at the door.

Set up your first event in four minutes. Nothing to install, and nothing for your guests to download.
